GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 April 2022
amending Government Regulation No. 112 / 2019 Coll., on the terms and conditions for the use of funds of the State Housing Development Fund for the acquisition of social and affordable apartments and social, mixed and affordable houses, as amended by Government Regulation No. 55 / 2020 Coll., and Government Regulation No. 2 / 2021 Coll., on the terms of the use of funds of the State Fund for the promotion of investment in the form of a loan to promote the construction of rental apartments in the Czech Republic
The Government orders pursuant to Section 9 of Act No. 211 / 2000 Coll., on the State Fund for Investment Support, as amended by Act No. 61 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 113 / 2020 Coll.:
Amendment of Decree No. 112 / 2019 Coll.
Government Regulation No. 112 / 2019 Coll., on the conditions for the use of the funds of the State Housing Development Fund for the acquisition of social and affordable apartments and social, mixed and affordable houses, as amended by Government Regulation No. 55 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Decree, the words "housing development 'are replaced by the words" investment aid'.
2. In Section 1, the words "housing development 'are replaced by the words" investment aid'.
3. In Article 19, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) A contract of rent to a social flat may also be concluded with a person who has been granted temporary protection in the Czech Republic under the law on certain measures relating to armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian federation7).
7) Act No. 65 / 2022 Coll., on certain measures relating to armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops. '
Amendment of Decree No 2 / 2021 Coll.
Government Decree No. 2 / 2021 Coll., on the terms and conditions of use of the funds of the State Fund for Investment Promotion in the form of a loan to support the construction of rental apartments in the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 5 (1), the word "or 'shall be deleted at the end of point (d).
2. In Article 5, at the end of paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by "or 'and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) is a person who has been granted temporary protection in the Czech Republic under the Law on certain measures relating to armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian federation9 (hereinafter referred to as" a person with temporary protection ").

3. in Article 5, the following paragraph 10 is added:
"(10) The first sentence of paragraph 2 shall not apply to persons with temporary protection during the period of validity of the Law on certain measures relating to armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine resulting from the invasion of Russian federation9), in respect of property rights in the territory of Ukraine, and in respect of the derogation allowing the conclusion of a lease contract to be made to an apartment by the deposit of funds for rent and payment of payments in connection with the use of an apartment and other obligations relating to the lease referred to in paragraph 3. ';
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
