DECLARATION
of 11 June 2018
amending Decree No 304 / 2012 Coll., on the recognition of the equivalence of education of officials of local authorities, as amended by Decree No 38 / 2016 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to § 42, for the implementation of § 33 paragraph 1 of Act No. 312 / 2002 Coll., on officials of local authorities and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll.:
Decree No. 304 / 2012 Coll., on the recognition of the equivalence of education of officials of local and local authorities, as amended by Decree No. 38 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 2, in the part "2 for the specific part ', in the column" Administrative activities', the words "in the case of criminal proceedings relating to public order, civil cohabitation and property 'are replaced by the words" in the case of criminal proceedings relating to public order, administrative order, public order, civil coexistence and property'.
2. In Annex No 2, in the part "2 for the specific part ', in the column" Administrative activities', the words "the administration of taxes and charges' are replaced by the words" the administration of taxes, charges and other similar cash transactions'.
3. In Annex 2, in the part "2 for the specific part 'in the column" Administrative activities', the words "in the prevention of major accidents caused by selected hazardous chemicals or chemical preparations' are replaced by the words" in the prevention of major accidents caused by selected hazardous chemicals or chemical mixtures'.
4. In Annex No 2, in part "2 for the specific part ', in the column" Administrative activities', the words "waste management and packaging management 'are replaced by the words" waste management'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2018.
