DECLARATION

of 27 March 2017

on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Rašovicka Rock and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Announcement of a national natural monument

(1) The National Natural Monument of Rašovická Rocks (the "National Natural Monument") is announced.

(2) A natural service, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared a national natural monument, with the presence of:

(a) rock and grass ecosystems of rocks and drolines, dry lawns and forest forests;

(b) forest ecosystems of duobulars, heat-friendly doubras, rubble forests and beech forests;

(c) biotopes of rare and endangered plant species of Northern doubt (Androsace septentrionalis), Rock cuttlefish (Arabidopsis petraea), Salibut (Dianthus gratianopolitanus), Pourraea alpine, Pulsatilla pratensis subsp. bohemica and Anemone sylvestris, including their populations; and

(d) rock walls and bases built by lava spills (bazanites, tefrites, trachy, phonolites) and lava conurbates.

(3) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the Ústí Region, in the cadastral territories of Lestkov near Monasterce nad Ohří and Dry Mine near Monasterce nad Ohří. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.

(4) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this decree.

§ 2

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the nature conservation authority can the national natural monument

(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);

(b) carry out geological work linked to the earth's surface;

(c) to carry out land works which do not cause changes or damage to the national natural heritage;

(d) permit or carry out construction, permit or carry out changes to completed structures or changes to buildings before they are completed or place construction, advertising or information equipment;

(e) to adjust the surface of the road using non-local natural material of the same geological origin;

(f) store items, except for the short-term storage of timber on forest land;

(g) to carry out mining work in the forests between 1 March and 30 June of the calendar year; consent is not required when performing random extractions,

(h) establish new feeding facilities or slanisks;

(i) to feed or bait animals outside the feeding establishment;

(j) indicate cycling or hiking routes; or

(k) organise or organise public sports, tourist or other mass events.

§ 3

Efficacy

This Decision shall enter into force on 15 April 2017.
