amending Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and its methods of resolution (Insolvency Act), as amended by Act No. 312 / 2006 Coll., and Act No. 312 / 2006 Coll., on insolvency administrators
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and methods of its resolution (Insolvency Act), as amended by Act No. 312 / 2006 Coll.
In Section 434 of Act No 182 / 2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and its methods of resolution (insolvency law), the words "1 July 2007 'are replaced by the words" 1 January 2008'.
Amendment to Act No. 312 / 2006 Coll., on Insolvency Managers
In Section 46 of Act No. 312 / 2006 Coll., on Insolvency Managers, the words "1 July 2007 'are replaced by the words" 1 January 2008'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
