GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 February 2004
fixing the pro rata part of the reserve to be allocated under the milk production quota system in the 2004 / 2005 quota year
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll.:
The proportion of the reserve available under the milk production quota system for the 2004 / 2005 quota year is fixed at 0 litres of raw cow's milk.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2004.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 March 2005.
