of 24 May 1995
amending and supplementing Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the Territorial Breakdown of the State, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the Territorial Classification of the State, as amended by Act No. 69 / 1967 Coll., Act No. 29 / 1968 Coll., Act No. 175 / 1968 Coll., Act No. 40 / 1969 Coll., Act No. 41 / 1969 Coll., Legislative Measures of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 126 / 1971 Coll. and Act No. 248 / 1990 Coll. is amended as follows:
in Section 10, the following point 3 is inserted after point 2:
'3. The Jeseník District; '.
Points 3 to 10 shall become points 4 to 11.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1996.
