on the issue of coins after 20 halves of model 1993, the expiry of coins after 20 halves of Czechoslovak currency and their exchange
Czech National Bank pursuant to § 22 (a) and (d) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, states:
On 12 May 1993, coins of 20 pennies of model 1993 (hereinafter referred to as "20 pennies') shall be issued for circulation.
(1) The 20 halter is driven from an alloy containing 990 aluminium parts and 10 magnesium parts. The weight of the 20-inch is 0,74 g, 17 mm diameter and 1.7 mm thickness. The flat edge of a 20-inch coin creates a regular daisies at the inner circumference. One of the vertices of the pentagon is placed in the middle of the top edge of the coin. In the case of twenty halers issued since 1 January 1998, one of the vertices of the pentagon is located in the middle of the lower edge of the coin. The edge of 20 pennies is serrated.
(2) A tolerance of 0,1 g, 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,05 mm shall be allowed in the case of a 20-inch embossing. In the composition of the metal, a tolerance of up and down of 0,5% is allowed when embossing.
(1) The Czech lion is on the face of the twenty halter as a symbol of Czech statehood. In the copy, the name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" and at the top of the coin is the year of the stamping. The number of hits is separated from the name of the state by dots. Between the back legs of the lion there is a mark of the mint, which drove 20 pennies.
(2) On the back of the 20-inch coin, the marked coin value is "20." The number is created by a stylized tricolour, rolled into the shape of "2" and "0." For twenty halers issued from 1 January 1998, the upper part of the digit "2 'is reduced and the transition to the lower part of the digit is bevelled. Inside the digit" 0 "is the ticket. Under the value number, at the bottom edge of the coin, there is a abbreviation" h "indicating the sub-monetary unit. The author of the design of the twenty haler is artist Jaroslav Bejvl, the initials of his name" JB "are placed between the bottom of the digit" 0 "and the right edge of the coin.
(1) Coins after 20 halves of Czechoslovak currency (1) expire on 31 July 1993.
(2) The coins referred to in paragraph 1 shall be exchanged between 1 August and 30 November 1993 by the Czech National Bank and the banks.2)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1993.
