DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 2 December 1981
amending and supplementing Decree No 59 / 1980 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 54 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade No 59 / 1980 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (2) (b) (1) reads as follows:
"1. in travel
- if their total value is more than 300 CZK
- where their total value is disproportionate between the amount of properly imported or exchanged means of payment and the reasonable subsistence expenses in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, or
- if they are listed in Annex 1, ';
2. Article 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) If the international treaties by which the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic is bound do not provide otherwise, it shall be considered appropriate for the following types of goods to meet the personal needs of each passenger when travelling not more than:
(a) 1 litre of spirit drinks (exported or imported by persons over 18 years old);
(b) 2 litres of wine (exported or imported by persons over 18 years of age);
(c) 250 cigarettes or equivalent quantities of other tobacco products. "
3. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
"Cases for which authorisation is required for export [Paragraph 1 (1) (c) and 2 (b) of the Order]:
1. rubber-textile couches and inflatable rubber boats;
2. tents;
3. sleeping bags;
4. sporting goods of all kinds;
5. carpets;
6. ground glass;
7. commercial porcelain;
8. enamelled and aluminium dishes;
9. chandeliers;
10. installation and electrical installation material;
11. construction materials. '.
4. Annex 2 shall read as follows:
"Goods whose export is prohibited (Section 7 (1) of the Decree):
1. Food of all kinds, including beverages, snacks and southern fruit, with the exception of mild fruit and fresh vegetables;
2. cigarettes and other tobacco products;
3. cotton fabrics of any kind;
4. plums and corduroy of all kinds;
5. knitted top dressing;
6. knitted and crocheted linen;
7. infant and children's clothing of all kinds;
8. Bed linen;
9. stockings of all kinds;
10. clothing of leather or fur articles of all kinds, including artificial clothing;
11. blankets, towels, towels;
12. footwear of all kinds;
13. leather gloves and leather gloves;
14. craft and economic tools;
15. stainless cutlery and stainless steel dishes;
16. articles of gold and silver;
17. tyres and souls;
18. spare parts for motor vehicles;
19. Soap, washing and cleaning preparations;
20. feathers and down products;
21st antiques. "
This Decree shall take effect on 5 December 1981.
