DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 21 September 1979
on certain further amendments to Decree No. 128 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Republic, with the other participating central authorities and with the Central Council of Trade Unions, provides, pursuant to § 78 (6) and § 172 (1) and (5) of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security:
Decree No. 128 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, is amended as follows:
1. In § 36 (b), the amount of 620 CZK shall be increased to 650 CZK.
2. In Paragraph 41, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The amounts of citizens' income to be taken into account for the determination of compensation for the loss of remuneration of a member of the single agricultural cooperative (§ 78 (5) (b), (c) and (e) of the Act) shall be 650 Cds per month; However, if the children (§ 78 (5) (b) and (c) of the Act) are preparing for a future occupation by daily study or in a teaching relationship, the survivors of the resistance participant to whom the pension was granted pursuant to § 57 (2) and (5), § 59 (2) and § 60 of the Act, the pensioner treated as a single source of income or disability from youth (§ 32 (2) of the Act), these amounts shall be 780 Kčs per month. '
3. In Paragraph 136, in paragraph 2 (b), the amount of 140 CZK is increased to 190 CZK and in paragraph 4, the amount of 620 CZK is increased to 650 CZK.
4. In Article 137 (4), the amount of 140 CZK shall be increased to 190 CZK.
1. In order to decide on the payment of the allowance for the use of the soldier's flat, the compensation for the loss of the remuneration of a member of the single agricultural cooperative (Article I (2)) and the increase in the spouse's contribution to the allowance before being placed in employment for the month of August and September 1979, the amounts provided for in Article I shall apply. If the conditions for these benefits for those months are not met only because the income threshold laid down in the current rules has been exceeded, these benefits shall be paid retroactively if the conditions laid down are met, including the adjustment provided for in Article I.
2. The pre-employment allowance and the allowance for the period of preparation for employment provided to a citizen with an altered capacity of under 18 years shall be for August and September 1979 at the rate of 190 CZK per month.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1979.
