Czech National Council
of 20 December 1972
on the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1973
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic
(1) The total revenue of the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "State Budget of the Republic") is fixed at:

| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky činí (příloha č. 1) | 100 054 814 000 Kčs. |
(2) The state budget of the Republic includes:
| a) dotace ze státního rozpočtu federace do státního rozpočtu republiky ve výši | 39 990 000 000 Kčs, |
| b) finanční vztahy k rozpočtům národních výborů, a to | |
| souhrnný finanční vztah (neúčelové dotace) ve výši | 15 513 000 000 Kčs, |
| účelové subvence ve výši (příloha č. 2). | 16 457 800 000 Kčs |
Empowerment
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or on the basis of its authority, the Minister of Finance may, if this does not affect the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic's state plan for the development of the Czech Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational changes and adjustments to the general financial relationship and to the special-purpose subsidies of the national committees if the conditions under which the aggregate financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies have been established change.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1973.
