of 8 October 1971
amending Decree No. 102 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, as amended by Decree No. 91 / 1968 Coll., No 179 / 1968 Coll. and No 75 / 1970 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic, with the Central Council of the Czechoslovak Revolutionary Trade Union Movement and with other participating central bodies pursuant to § 143 paragraph 1 of Act No. 101 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security, as amended:
Decree No. 102 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, as amended by Decree No. 91 / 1968 Coll., No 179 / 1968 Coll. and No 75 / 1970 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
Paragraph 27 (2) (a) reads as follows:
"(2) Nutrition shall not normally be considered secure if:
(a) a single person shall be referred to an income not exceeding 550 CZK per month or a married couple (type and mate) to an income not exceeding 900 CZK per month; ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
