THE LAW
of 12 July 1960
on the identification of sections of state administration in which the delegates of the Slovak National Council are active
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
§ 1
(1) The Slovak Planning Commission and the delegates of the Slovak National Council are active in the following sections of the state administration:
(a) planning
(b) in finance:
(c) in agriculture:
(d) under construction
(e) education and culture
(f) in health care
(g) in justice.
(2) The Slovak Planning Commission and the delegates of the Slovak National Council, in addition to the tasks assigned to them by the Slovak National Council, shall operate in the sections of the State Administration referred to in paragraph 1 to the extent determined by the Government.
§ 2
(1) The Slovak Planning Commission is the body of the Slovak National Council for the Planning Section and the regional body of the State Planning Commission.
(2) The Chairman of the Slovak Planning Commission is the Vice-President of the Slovak National Council.
§ 3
This Act shall take effect from the date of its publication.
