Government Regulation
of 23 December 1952
amending the scope of the agricultural, forestry and agricultural schools.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and within the jurisdiction of its bodies:
(1) The management and supervision of compulsory and selection schools for agriculture, including the relevant internships, school goods and school buildings, are the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture.
(2) As regards general educational subjects, the Ministry of Agriculture shall exercise this competence in close cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts and in close cooperation with the State Committee on Physical Education and Sport in the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic.
(1) The Ministry of Forestry and Forestry is responsible for the management and supervision of compulsory and selection schools, including relevant internships and school buildings.
(2) As regards general educational subjects, the Ministry of Forestry and the Wood Industry shall exercise this competence in close cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Art and in close cooperation with the State Committee on Physical Education and Sport in the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic.
Measures taken in conformity with the provisions of this Regulation before its effect shall be deemed to have been taken under this Regulation.
The Government Decree No. 137 / 1950 Coll., on the delegation to the Ministry of Agriculture of certain agricultural schools, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1953; They shall be implemented by the Ministers of Agriculture, Forestry and Wood Industry, Education, Science and Art and Interior in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
