excluding other municipalities from the effectiveness of the provisions of Section 1 of the Government Decree of 21 March 1942, No 109 Coll., on the amendment of the construction regulations (1st construction amendment).
The Ministry of Technology announces pursuant to § 2 of Vl. nařízení č. 109 / 1942 Coll.:
The following other municipalities are excluded from the effectiveness of Article 1 of the Law No. 109 / 1942 Coll. in the Czech Republic: Bílina, Jaroměr, Lysá nad Labem, Nové Město nad Metují, Sladý, Spoleslav and Silver.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 1948.
