amending and supplementing the Act of 20 December 1946, No 256 Coll., on temporary restrictions on business and other gainful activities.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 4, paragraph 1 of the Decree of 13 January 1943, No. 14 Coll., on temporary restrictions on business and other gainful activities, as amended by Act No. 256 / 1946 Coll. is amended as follows:
"(1) Before a decision under § § 1 to 3, the Office shall request the expression of the relevant organisation of the economy (professional organisation) and of the relevant trade and trade chambers. The decisions referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be served on these organisations and trade and trade chambers and shall be entitled to appeal against them. '
In Article 1 of Law No 256 / 1946 Coll., the words "30 June 1947 'are replaced by the words" 31 December 1947'.
This Act takes effect on 1 July 1947 and applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
