repealing the Carriage of collective orphans' coffers in Brno.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 90 of the Constitutional Charter, § 99 of the Law on the Organisation of Courts and Article V, paragraph 2 of the Undisputed patent:
The depository of mass orphans' coffers in Brno, established by the Government Order of 29 March 1928, No 50 Coll., which abolishes the hiding offices of civil courts in Prague and Brno, shall be repealed on 1 July 1946; The agenda which it is still carrying out is hereby transferred to the tax office, which will be designated by the Order of the Minister of Finance, published in the Collection of Laws and Regulations.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Finance in agreement with the Minister of Justice.
