of 27 March 2017
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Malhotka and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Announcement of a national natural monument
(1) The National Natural Monument of Malhotka ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) A natural service, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared a national natural monument, with the presence of:
(a) grassland ecosystems of dry lawns and forest forests;
(b) forest ecosystems of warm-water doubras and duobulars;
(c) biotopes of rare and endangered plant species of the Nacho (Orchis purpurea) and of the Military (Orchis militaris), including their populations; and
(d) biotopes of rare and endangered species of brown boar (Melitaea aurelia), blue clover (Glaucopsyche alexis) and fiver-fish (Euryopis quinqueguttata), including their populations.
(3) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the South Moravian Region, in the cadastral territories of Letošov and Nevojice. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of the vertices of geometric patterns as they follow in the patterns are given in Annex 1 to this Decree.
(4) The protection zone of the national natural heritage is situated in the territory of the South Moravian Region, in the cadastral territory of Letošov. The boundaries of the national natural heritage protection zone shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of a single trigonometric network of cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 2 to this decree.
(5) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural heritage and its protection zone is given in Annex 3 to this Decree.
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the nature conservation authority can the national natural monument
(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);
(b) permit or carry out construction, permit or carry out changes to completed structures or changes to buildings before they are completed or place construction, advertising or information equipment;
(c) carry out geological work linked to the earth's surface;
(d) indicate cycling or hiking routes;
(e) store items, except for the short-term storage of timber on forest land;
(f) planting or planting plants, with the exception of forest renewal, or releasing animals;
(g) to establish new feeding facilities or slanisks;
(h) to feed or bait animals outside the fattening establishment; or
(i) fertilise land or use chemical agents.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 15 April 2017.
