DECLARATION

of 22 April 2015

on the announcement of the National Nature Reserve Brousek Mill and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Definition of the national nature reserve

(1) The National Nature Reserve Brouskov Mill (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reserve") is announced.

(2) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the South Bohemian Region, in the cadastral territories of the Dvorec near Třebče, Hluká near Borovan, Jílovice near the Market Svinů and Třebeč. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of the vertices of geometric patterns as they follow in the patterns are given in Annex 1 to this Decree.

(3) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this Decree.

§ 2

Subject matter of protection

National nature reserves are protected

(a) the naturally mediating flow of the Stropnice river and its downstream wetlands consisting of communities of the vegetation of oligotrophic pools with bubbles, mineral-rich saltwater areas with peat grates and Alpine drumstick, vegetation of the character of transition peatlands, slightly acidic peat fields and peat meadows, swamp willows and swamps;

(b) permanent grassland consisting of the communities of alternately humid, knee-free meadows, high-stalk native crops, short-haired fornicating meadows and mesophile oats meadows,

(c) the populations of rare and endangered species of plants of Auxiliary plants (Hamatocaulis vernicosus) and white rootseed (Rhynchospora alba), including their biotopes; and

(d) the populations of rare and endangered species of partridges (Unio pictorum), blue whiting (Maculinea teleius), wet spindle (Zygaena trifolia), Central European nightingale (Luscinia svecica cyanecula) and river otter (Lutra lutra), including their biotopes.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);

(b) authorise and carry out interventions in the watercourse, if not on water works (3);

(d) adjust the surface of the road using other than local natural material of the same geological origin.

§ 4

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2015.
