GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 May 2014
repealing Government Regulation No 351 / 2005 Coll., establishing the list of codes of the Combined Nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff and of names referring to human blood, its constituents and blood derivatives manufactured therefrom, as indicated in the applications for authorisation of their distribution, import and export
The Government hereby orders pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
§ 1
Government Regulation No 351 / 2005 Coll., establishing the list of codes of the Combined Nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff and names referring to human blood, its constituents and blood derivatives produced therefrom, listed in the applications for authorisation to distribute, import and export them, is hereby repealed.
§ 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
