amending Decree No. 286 / 2007 Coll., on the Central Register of Subsidies
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Section 75b of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on Budgetary Rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 138 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 30 / 2011 Coll.:
In Paragraph 3 (1) of Decree No. 286 / 2007 Coll., on the Central Register of Subsidies, the words "Ministry of Finance 'are replaced by the words" General Financial Directorate'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
