GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 April 1997
determining the amount of the additional salary of public service and administration employees in the second half of 1997
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (c) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call duty in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
Scope
This Regulation applies to staff whose pay ratios are regulated by Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 590 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "Staff '.
Amount of additional salary
(1) In the second half of 1997, employees are entitled to an additional salary of one fifth of the entitlement provided for by the special regulation.1)
(2) The additional salary calculated in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be rounded up to the whole hundred crowns.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1997.
