of 24 May 1995
amending and supplementing Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., on extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., on extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended by Act No. 264 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 267 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 133 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 115 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 116 / 1994 Coll. and the Constitutional Court Act No. 164 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 29 (3) (b), the following words are added at the end: "and military forced labour camp."
2. In Article 29 (3) (d), the following shall be inserted after the words "in the labour force ':" and military forced labour camp'.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
