The Bureau of the Czech National Council declares, pursuant to § 50 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 54 / 1971 Coll., on the election to the National Committees in the Czech Socialist Republic, the supplementary election to the West Bohemian Regional National Committee in the constituency No. 58 (Plzeň-town XV) and sets the date of its holding on Thursday 23 November 1989.
