THE LAW
Czech National Council
of 22 December 1987
on the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1988
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
(1) The total revenue of the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "State Budget of the Republic") is fixed at:

(2) The state budget of the Republic includes financial relations with the budgets of the national committees, namely:
| neúčelové dotace ve výši | 24 134 000 000 Kčs, |
| účelové subvence ve výši | 24 230 900 000 Kčs |
(Annex No 2).
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or under its authority the Minister of Finance, may, without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic in the implementation state plan for the development of the Czech Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational and price changes, changes in the context of the adjustment of economic instruments in foreign trade and the adjustment of non-earmarked subsidies and special-purpose subsidies to national committees where the conditions under which non-purpose subsidies and special-purpose subsidies have been determined change.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1988.
