State Commission on Scientific, Technical and Investment Development, Federal Price Office, Federal Ministry of Finance and State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 4 October 1984
repealing the provisions of Decree of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development, Federal Price Office, Federal Ministry of Finance and State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No 166 / 1971 Coll. of 20 December 1971 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 107 / 1966 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, and Decree No. 22 / 1967 Coll., on invoicing and payment of supplies for investment construction and supply of geological works, as amended by Decree No. 136 / 1970 Coll., as regards secondary budgetary costs of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 104 / 1973 Coll.
The State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development, the Federal Price Office, the Federal Ministry of Finance and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic shall determine, pursuant to § 47 and § 53 (1) (e) and (g) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the competence of federal ministries, as amended, and pursuant to § 269 (3), § 391 and 394 of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended, in the full version of Act No. 45 / 1983 Coll.:
Articles I, II, VII and VIII of Decree No 166 / 1971 Coll., as amended, are deleted.
The decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
