amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Transport Decree No 94 / 1972 Coll., on training and further enhancing the expertise of road motor vehicle drivers
The Federal Ministry of Transport, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the other central authorities involved, pursuant to § 16 (1) (b) of Decree No. 54 / 1953 Coll., on road traffic, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 13 / 1956 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport No 94 / 1972 Coll., on the training and further improvement of the expertise of road motor vehicle drivers, is amended as follows:
Article 1 (2) (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Authorised organisations must be registered. The registration shall be carried out only if the conditions laid down in this Decree and the relevant curriculum of training for road motor vehicle drivers (hereinafter referred to as the curriculum), issued by the Federal Ministry of Transport in agreement with the central authorities involved, are fulfilled. ';
2. in Article 2 (3) (ch), the word "teaching" shall be inserted after the word "under."

"(1) Driver training consists of:
(a) teaching theory,
(b) practical training in the driving of motor vehicles, which is carried out on a trainer, a self-training centre and road traffic;
(c) practical maintenance training for motor vehicles;
(d) theoretical and practical training in the control of the foundations for providing first aid. "
4. In Paragraph 3 (2), the second sentence is deleted.
5. Article 3 (6) reads as follows:
"(6) The practical training in driving motor vehicles on the trainer and on the self-training ground shall not begin before applicants are familiar with the theory of driving. Practical training in driving motor vehicles in road traffic shall not commence before applicants have acquired a basic knowledge of road traffic rules. In practical training in the driving of motor vehicles, the applicant shall be restrained by a safety belt, provided that the vehicle is equipped with it, also at the self-training site and when driving in municipalities 1) '.
6. In the first sentence of Article 3 (7), the words "after 50 minutes' are replaced by the words" after 45 minutes'.
7. In Article 4 (4) and (5), the words "older than 23 years' are replaced by the words" older than 21 years'.

"(6) A certificate for practical training in the driving of motor vehicles may be given to drivers who are over 21 years of age and have not lost reliability in driving of motor vehicles in the last three years. 2) Certificate for practical training in the driving of motor vehicles may be granted for groups
(a) A and M to drivers entitled to drive category A motor vehicles for at least 2 years;
(b) drivers entitled to drive category B motor vehicles or more than 3 years;
(c) C drivers who are entitled to drive category C motor vehicles or more than 3 years old and who prove to be professional drivers or military drivers of lorries of at least one year;
(d) T drivers who are entitled to drive C or T vehicles for at least 2 years. '
9. In Article 7 (1), the following sentence is inserted after the first sentence:
"A motor vehicle on which practical training is carried out in driving category C motor vehicles shall have a useful mass of not less than 4,5 tonnes. ';
10. in Article 7 (6), after the words "for technical inspection" the words "to the Regional Public Security Transport Inspectorate" are deleted and footnote 3 is added.
11. in Article 8 (1), the words "the Republic's Ministry of Interior;" shall be replaced by the words "the Central Authority of the Czech Socialist Republic or the Central Authority of the Slovak Socialist Republic"; "
In Paragraph 10 (1), the words "issued by the Republic's Ministry of the Interior 'are replaced by the words" issued by the Central Authority of the Republic'.
In Paragraph 13, at the end, the words "to issue the Republic's Ministry of Interior 'are replaced by" to issue the Central Authority of the Republic'.
In Section 14 at the beginning, the words "Republic Ministry of Interior 'are replaced by the words" Central Authority of the Republic'.
In Section 16, at the beginning, the words "Republic Ministry of the Interior 'shall be replaced by the words" Central Authority of the Republic'.
12. In the first sentence of Paragraph 9 (3), part of the sentence after the semicolon is deleted.
13. in Paragraph 9 (5), at the end of the sentence, the words' have not benefited even at the time of re-examination 'shall be replaced by' have not benefited at the time of the examination ';
14. Paragraph 14 is added to Note 4), which shall be followed by a footnote:
"(4) Paragraph 14 shall be without prejudice to the powers of the Transport Inspectors of Public Security under Articles 4 and 5 of Decree No 145 / 1956 of the Úl (Ú. v.)."
15. in Article 16 (2), the words "security corps" are replaced by the words "armed corps";
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1980.
