authorising the Minister of Justice to move Judges temporarily
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has decided on the following legal measure pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll.:
(1) In order to perform the duties of the judiciary properly, the Minister of Justice may, where necessary, for a maximum period of six months, entrust the Court of Justice with the judicial function in the district of another county court or with the judicial function in another county court.
(2) If the measure referred to in paragraph 1 is to be taken for a period of three months or if it is to be extended beyond that period, the consent of the Judge shall be required.
(3) The measures referred to in paragraph 1 shall be taken by the Minister of Justice in agreement with the President of the Regional Court in whose district the Judge has been elected.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication and shall apply until 31 December 1969.
