extending the Act on National Industrial Enterprises to national enterprises in the field of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 57 of Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll., on National Industrial Enterprises:
The provisions of Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll. are extended to national enterprises in the field of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1953. They will be carried out by the Minister of Education, Science and Art in agreement with participating members of the government.
