extending the deadline for applying for citizenship to countrymen returning to their country.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following constitutional law:
The deadline for applying for Czechoslovak citizenship pursuant to § § 1 and § 2 of the Constitutional Act of 12 April 1946, No. 74 Coll., on the granting of citizenship to countrymen returning to the country is extended until 31 December 1949. Further extensions of this deadline may be made by law.
This constitutional law shall take effect on 29 April 1948; It shall be implemented by the Home Secretary in agreement with the Ministers involved.
