Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 106 / 2024 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Higher Level Contract for the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry for 2024, concluded on 12 March 2024 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Trade Union of Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Employers' Organisation - Association of Textile and Clothing Industry, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication, with a major activity in the sector identified by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 13, 14 and 15.
