GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 April 2015
on civil service fields
The Government orders pursuant to § 5 (2) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on the Civil Service:
Civil service departments
The sectors of civil service are listed in the Annex to this Regulation.
Repeal
The following shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 85 / 2003 Coll.
2. Government Regulation No. 4 / 2015 Coll.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Civil service departments
1. Finance
(in particular fiscal policy, state budget, state final account, treasury, financial management, public administration outside the areas covered by the State Service Audit, price management, accounting management, administration of subsidies and repayable financial assistance)
2. Taxes, fees and other similar cash transactions
(in particular tax policy, development of a system of taxes, fees or other similar cash transactions, management of taxes, fees or other similar cash transactions, transfer of collected revenue to public budgets or other similar cash transactions, valuation for tax management purposes, tax consultancy)
3. Audit
(in particular internal audit, public control under Section 7 of the Financial Control Act, audit under directly applicable European Union regulations, review of the management of local and local authorities)
4. Management and privatisation of the State
5. Financial and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Affairs
(in particular protection of foreign investment, membership of international financial and economic organisations and their bodies, coordination of foreign aid revenue, support and export financing)
6. Lottery and other similar games
