on the issue of a price decision 3 / 09- FAR establishing a list of regulated-price medical devices
The Ministry of Health, according to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 20 March 2009 it issued a price decision 3 / 09-FAR establishing a list of regulated-price medical devices. The price decision is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin 2 / 2009 of 31 March 2009 and came into effect on 1 April 2009.
