on the binding nature of a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the collective agreement of the higher degree (of 12.12.2005 for the period from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2008 General section; from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006 Special section) concluded between the Department of Workers of Textiles, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia, on the one hand, and the Association of Textile-Clothing Industry, on the other, is mandatory for other employers with a dominant activity in the sector identified by the sectoral classification of economic activities 17, 18, 19.
