laying down the details of the application for approval of the establishment of a building savings bank
The Ministry of Finance, in agreement with the Czech National Bank pursuant to § 2 (3) of Act No. 96 / 1993 Coll., on Construction Savings and State Support of Construction Savings and on the Addition of the Act ČNR No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended by the Act No. 35 / 1993 Coll. ("the Act '), provides:
An interest in the operation of a building savings account within the meaning of the Act before the application for authorisation to operate as a bank1) shall submit a request in duplicate to the Ministry of Finance for approval of the establishment of a building savings bank (the "application '). The Ministry of Finance shall forward a copy of the application together with the written consent of the Czech National Bank in case of consent to the establishment of a building savings bank.
The application shall contain, in addition to the formalities laid down by law and the formalities for the application for authorisation, the following elements:
(a) the business plan of the building savings bank for a five-year period, including the quantification of the envisaged State aid;
(b) models of contracts concluded by the building savings bank and by the building savings participant.
The procedure for requesting approval of the establishment of a building savings bank shall be governed by the Administrative Regulation.2)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
