increasing income limits for the provision of certain social benefits to children
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 35 of Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity benefits and on the allowances for children from sickness insurance, § 142a of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on the security of cooperative peasants in sickness and on the security of the mother and child, as amended, § 168 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on social security, and § 21 of Act No. 50 / 1973 Coll., on foster care:
The maximum allowable limit of own gross income for entitlement to childcare allowance, (1) orphan's pension and education2) and the allowance for the child's needs in foster care (3) is increased from 620 CZK per month to 780 CZK per month.
The benefits referred to in Paragraph 1 shall be paid for August and September 1979, provided that the gross income for entitlement to those benefits does not exceed the amount of 780 CZK per month and the other conditions for entitlement to those benefits have been fulfilled.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1979.
