on the award of scientific degrees to the Constitution of Marxism-Leninism of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Slovakia
The Bureau of the Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has acted in accordance with Article 58 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The Institute of Marxism-Leninism of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and the Institute of Marxism-Leninism of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Slovakia are entitled to award scientific degrees and raise new scientists. The award of scientific evaluations and the education of new researchers shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation.1)
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
