The Council of the South Moravian Regional National Committee in Brno determines according to § 9, paragraph 2, point (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, by the building offices of the municipal national committees:

This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1969.
