Government Regulation
of 18 November 1952
on the transfer of competence in the collection of iron and metal waste (scrap).
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
§ 1.
The scope of the Ministry of Light Industry with regard to the collection of waste steel, broken iron, waste and residues of base metals (§ 2 (1) (1) and (2) of Decree-Law No 34 / 1951 Coll., on the collection of raw materials), as well as other metallurgical raw materials, is transferred to the Ministry of the metallurgical industry and ore mines.
§ 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1953; They shall be carried out by ministers of light industry and metallurgical industry and ore mines.
