on the arrangements for financing national and municipal enterprises.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
(2) Undertakings shall pay to the State budget, on the basis of the principal and own funds, interest, the rate and basis of which shall be determined by the Government. This provision shall expire on a date to be determined by the Government.
(2) Since 1 January 1952, the Fund for the National Economy has not performed a financial service where it has been involved in the concentration of funds from enterprises and the State budget and in the financing of enterprises. The necessary arrangements for the organisation, administration and management of the National Economy Fund shall be implemented and declared by the Minister for Finance.
