Decret of the President of the Republic
of 23 October 1945
on the salaries of members of the Interim National Assembly.
On the proposal of the Government and in agreement with the Slovak National Council, I establish:
(1) Members of the Provisional National Assembly shall have a permanent monthly salary of 12.000 Kcs, beginning on the first day of the month in which they have carried out the promise under the provisions of Section 22 of the Constitutional Charter and ending on the last day of the month in which their mandate has expired.
(2) The Vice-Presidents of the Interim National Assembly are entitled to an allowance of 2.400 CZK per month, not subject to pension tax, and an increase of 2.000 CZK per month.
The President of the Provisional National Assembly shall have, in addition to the salary referred to in Paragraph 1, paragraph 1, an action allowance of 100,000 CZK per year and a representative allowance of 56.000 CZK per year. The allowances shall be paid in monthly amounts mutatis mutandis in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 (1). In addition, the President has a permanent carriage and a service apartment for state spending.
Members of the Provisional National Assembly may use free of charge trains of all kinds, of any class, of any class, of all - and of all - private - tracks, whether in state or in their own direction, malodrah and electric, passenger buses of state and ship transport throughout the national territory until the end of the calendar year in which they were members of the Provisional National Assembly.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1945; It shall be implemented by the Minister for the Interior in agreement with the Ministers for Finance and Transport.
