Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 105 / 2024 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree of 2023 of 12 January 2023, which was concluded between the Higher Trade Unions of Workers of the Wood Industries, Forestry and Water in the Czech Republic, the Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association "in liquidation 'and the Employers' Association of the Czech Paper Industry, as amended by Appendix 1 of 1 December 2023, which was made binding on other employers with predominant activity in the sector, in the field of economic activities of the Czech Republic and the Association of Employers - Association of the Czech Paper Industry, is effective from the first day following the publication of this communication.
