DECLARATION
of 21 March 2012
on the establishment of public ports where ice cells are disturbed
The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Transport, pursuant to § 47 paragraph 4 (b) of Act No. 254 / 2001 Coll., on Water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended by Act No. 150 / 2010 Coll.:
The ice cells are upset in public ports
a) Decin - in the part of the port of Děčin- Dissoles-
b) Ústí nad Labem - in the part of the port Ústí nad Labem - Beautiful March,
(c) Praha- Smíchov.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2012.
