The Ministry of Health, according to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 20 March 2009 it issued a price regulation 3 / 2009 / FAR on price regulation of medical devices. The price regulation is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 2 / 2009 of 31 March 2009 and became effective on 1 April 2009.
