DECLARATION
of 22 February 2005
amending Decree of the Ministry of Defence No. 263 / 1999 Coll., laying down the grounds for providing professional leave to professional soldiers for obstructions and the scope of duty leave
The Ministry of Defence provides for the Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No 263 / 1999 Coll., setting out the reasons for providing duty leave to professional soldiers for obstructions and the scope of duty leave, shall be amended as follows:
In Annex 2, the following point 12 is inserted after point 11:
'12. Sending a national expert to an institution of the European Union.
Staff leave shall be granted for the period of secondment. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
