DECLARATION
of 28 March 2003
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of the Weapons Aragonite Cave and the establishment of closer conditions for its protection
According to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
Announcement of the National Natural Monuments of the Weapons Aragonite Cave
(1) The National Natural Monument of the Weapons Aragonite Cave (hereinafter referred to as the "National Natural Monument") is announced and further conditions for its protection are laid down.
(2) The object of protection is the karst area with complex of the Aragonite Aragonite Caves with all underground and surface karst phenomena, including the filling of caves, natural communities in caves and natural deep-sea carbon dioxide vents.
Definition of national natural heritage
(1) The national natural monument is situated in the cadastral territory of Teplice nad Bečvou, in the protection zone I of the natural medical resources of the spa site Teplice nad Bečvou1) and in the internal spa area of the spa site Teplice nad Bečvou. The boundary of the national natural monument is determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the current coordinate system S-JTSK.2) The list of coordinates of each vertex is given in Annex 1, in the order they follow in the pattern. The graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument is contained in Annex 2.
(2) The map base in which the territory of the national natural heritage is drawn is, in addition to the register in the central list of nature protection3) deposited with the Ministry of the Environment, the Regional Office of the Olomouc Region and the Municipal Office of Teplice nad Bečvou.
Closer protection conditions of the national natural monument
In accordance with the provisions of Sections 35 (1) and 44 (2) of the Act, it is stipulated that only with the prior consent of the competent nature authority may:
(a) to operate publicly available parts of the arms aragonite caves, including sales and other related services,
b) conduct research activities in caves that do not cause changes or damage to the national natural heritage, 4)
c) enter the public of inaccessible caves,
(d) to make changes to the types of land;
(e) to provide selling or other services outside buildings; consent is not required for sales and other services related to spa care or cave operation,
(f) to drive vehicles into the territory of the national natural heritage; consent shall not be required for vehicles of public and public administrations in the exercise of public administration, police, rescue services, state defence and veterinary services, vehicles necessary for the care of forest or agricultural land or crops or for the management of watercourses or for the operation of baths and vehicles of owners or tenants of land or persons authorised by them; the approval is no longer required for cycling on motorcycling routes marked on the ground;
(g) to make changes to finished structures and equipment or to changes to structures and equipment before they are completed; consent is not required for changes to finished buildings and equipment or changes to buildings and equipment before they are completed in the cadastral territory of Teplice nad Bečvou on the building parcels registered in the cadastral land register under the numbers 66, 71, 73, 74, 75, 87, 121, 122 and 170, unless it is involved in the land and for the use and recovery of natural medical resources (5) and existing civil engineering networks throughout the territory of the national natural heritage,
(h) to establish landfills, including temporary landfills;
(i) carry out exploratory and other drilling; consent is not required for the restoration of natural medical resources.
Protection zone
The protection zone of the national natural lands6) forms part of the parcel No. 208 / 1 in K. Teplice nad Bečvou, which does not lie in the territory of the national natural monument.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
