Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that on 18 June 1993, a Charter on the admission of the Czech Republic to the Convention on the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), adopted in Geneva on 6 March 1948, was deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations in New York, as amended by:
Complements to Articles 17 and 18 of the Convention, adopted by the Assembly of the Organisation of Resolutions A.69 (ES.II) of 15 September 1964,
Additional to Article 28 of the Convention, adopted by the Assembly of the Organisation of Resolutions A.70 (IV) of 28 September 1965,
Addendum to Articles 10, 16, 17, 18, 20, 28, 31 and 32 of the Convention, adopted by the Assembly of the Organisation of Resolutions A.315 (ES.V) of 17 October 1974,
Complements to the title and essential provisions of the Convention adopted by the Assembly of the Organisation of Resolution A.358 (IX) of 14 November 1975, as amended by Resolution A.371 (X) of 9 November 1977,
the Appendices to the Convention concerning the Establishment of the Technical Cooperation Committee in the Convention, adopted by the Assembly of the Organisation of Resolutions A.400 (X) of 17 November 1977, and
Complements to Articles 17, 18, 20 and 51 of the Convention, adopted by the Assembly of the Organisation of Resolutions A.450 (XI) of 15 November 1979.
The Convention entered into force on 17 March 1958 on the basis of Article 74 thereof and for the Czech Republic in accordance with the text of Article 71 on 18 June 1993.1)
The Appendices to Articles 17 and 18 of the Convention of 15 September 1964 entered into force on the basis of Article 66 of the Convention of 6 October 1967 and for the Czech Republic on 18 June 1993.
The Appendix to Article 28 of the Convention of 28 September 1965 entered into force on the basis of Article 66 of the Convention of 3 November 1968 and for the Czech Republic on 18 June 1993.
The Appendices to Articles 10, 16, 17, 18, 20, 28, 31 and 32 of the Convention of 17 October 1974 entered into force on the basis of Article 66 of the Convention on 1 April 1978 and for the Czech Republic on 18 June 1993.
The Appendices of 14 November 1975 and 9 November 1977 entered into force on the basis of Article 66 of the Convention on 22 May 1982 and 28 July 1982 and for the Czech Republic on 18 June 1993.1)
The Appendices of 17 November 1977 entered into force on the basis of Article 66 of the Convention on 10 November 1984 and for the Czech Republic on 18 July 1993.
The Appendices to Articles 17, 18, 20 and 51 of the Convention of 15 November 1979 entered into force on the basis of Article 66 of the Convention of 10 November 1984 and for the Czech Republic on 18 June 1993.
