GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 April 1994
declaring a binding part of the territorial plan of the large territorial unit of the Brno regional conurbation
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the large territorial area plan of the Brno site regional conurbation as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The zoning plan of the large territorial unit of the Brno regional conurbation approved by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic Resolution of 13 March 1985 No 64, as amended by the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 13 April 1994 No 196 and the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 13 September 2000 No 892, is deposited at the Regional Office of Vyškov and at the Ministry of Local Development.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Binding part of the zoning plan of the large territorial unit of the Brno local regional conurbation
1. When using the territory, protect corridors and areas for motorway D 1 in the section Vyškov, Ivanovice na Hana, including a motorway junction with road II / 428 Ivanovice - Švábenice.
2. The territorial protection of the motorway corridor D 1, approved by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic of 13 March 1985 No 64, was amended by the Government of the Czech Republic of 13 September 2000 No 892.
3. The construction associated with the implementation of the project referred to in point 1 and the territorial definition in the graphic part of the 2nd amendment of the zoning plan of the scale 1: 50 000, provided with the approval clause, is of public benefit.
