which determines which diseases are considered to be contagious in the meaning of the Criminal Act
Ministerstvo sprádlivosti Slovenskej socialists republiky podľa § 195 Trestného zákon č. 140 / 1961 Zb. uzumení:
The diseases referred to in the Annex to this Regulation are considered to be the diseases referred to in Sections 189 and 190 of the Criminal Code.
The Decree of the Ministry of Health and Governance No. 46 / 1966 Zb. on opatrieniach against prenosse diseases is hereby repealed.
Tato záška nadobúda feknosť 1. januárom 1988.
