Council of the Central Slovak Regional National Committee in Banská Bystrica

entrusted to selected national committees of lower levels of performance of the water management agenda
The Council of the Central Slovak Regional National Committee in Banská Bystrica mandates, pursuant to § 3 (2) of the Act SNR No. 135 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy (hereinafter referred to as "the Act")
1. the performance of the Water Management Agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (b), (c), (d) and (f) of the Act by the following national committees:
in Banská Bystrica district
City National Committees Banská Bystrica and Brezno,
in the county of Čadca
City National Committees of Čadca, Kysukke Nové Mesto and Turzovka,
in the Kreis Dolný Kubín
the municipal national committees Dolní Kubín, Námestovo, Trstená and Hrdošín,
in Liptovský Mikuláš district
city national committees Liptovský Mikuláš, Liptovský Hradok and Ružomberok,
in the district of Lucenec
City National Committees Lučenec, Fiľakovo and Poltár,
in Martin district
City National Committee Martin,
in the Kreis Rakská Bystrica
the municipal national committees of the Rezská Bystrica, Dubnica nad Váhom and Púchov,
in the Kreis Prievidza
the City National Committees Prievidza and Handlová,
in the Kreis Rimavská Sobota
the Regional National Committees of Rimavská Sobota, Hnúšta and Shafarikovo,
in the district of the Great Mole
the municipal national committees of the Great Mole and the Blue Stone,
in Zvolen district
the municipal national committees Zvolen, Sliži, Detva and Krupina,
in the Žiar nad Hronom district
the municipal national committees of Žiar nad Hronom, Banská Štiavnica, Kremnica, Nová Bana a Žarnovica,
in the Žilina district
the City National Committees of Žilina, Bytča and Rajec;
2. the performance of the Water Management Agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (c), (d) and (f) of the Act by the following national committees:
in the county of Čadca
the local national committees Čierne, Klokočov, Krasno nad Kysucou, Makov, Neslua, Nová Bystrica, Ochodnica, Oščadnica, Raková, Skalité, Staškov, Svrčinovec, Vysoká nad Kysuca and Zákopčie;
3. the implementation of the Water Management Agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (c) and (d) of the Act by the following national committees:
in the Žilina district
local national committees Belá, Brodno, Chičmany, Dlé Pole, Divina, Dolní Hrichuv, Fackovo, Hôrka, Kolárovice, Konská, Kamenná Poruba, Kotešová, Prednica, Rosina, Rajecká Lesná, Rajická Teplice, Strečno, Suľov, Hrnná, Štiavnik, Strážava, Turie, Teplice nad Váhom, Terchová, Veľké Rovné a Varín.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1979.
