supplementing Decree No 5 / 1958 of the Ú. l., which lays down more detailed provisions on civil ID
The Federal Ministry of the Interior provides in agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Socialist Republic pursuant to Section 13 of Act No. 75 / 1957 Coll., on Civil ID:
Decree No. 5 / 1958 Ú. l. as amended by Decree No. 119 / 1961 Coll., No. 109 / 1969 Coll., No. 119 / 1969 Coll. and No. 109 / 1970 Coll. is added as follows:
Paragraph 5 (2), point (c) is added as follows:
"(c) the county institutes of national health to carry out records of tetanus vaccination."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
